In the theoretical part of the thesis I would like to describe and characterize the situation of "social responsibility" in worldwide standards and also focus on the specific situation in the Czech Republic. The "social responsibility" of company ŠKODA AUTO is the subject of the practical part. I would like to describe in detail all activities that are made under the corporate social responsibility. Then I will focus on the results of the analysis (opinion poll). The opinion poll will be effected in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the employees of ŠKODA AUTO. The final part of the thesis is about the evaluation of the questionnaire which shows us the perception of the social responsibility activities among ŠKODA AUTO employees. T...
