The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify which economic indicators have a significant effect on the development of rental prices and the value of non-commercial real estate. In the regression model, we used the analysis of 4 variables - interest rate, wages, unemployment and inflation. Monthly data are in the period from February 2014 to June 2018. In the short term, the growth of the interest rate cases increase in rental prices and residential property prices.
