This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of business transformation from the wholesale to E-shop. Analysed company is Juraj Copák company. The aim is to characterize external and internal environment of the company and to analyse benefits matched with opening of E-shop. Thesis is based on real experience and aimed at the most important business circumstances thanks to working in that company. The first part provides teoretical backround of the thesis followed by characteristics of the analysed company.
