This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the business environment of Brazzale Moravia, a. s. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of strategic management and describes the selected methods and tools for evaluation of the company's surroundings. In the practical part, these analyzes are then applied to a particular business. The PESTLE method is used for macro environment analysis and the micro environment is evaluated using Porter's five-forces analysis.
