The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the corporate culture of GANT. The first chapter deals with the theoretic description of the terms "culture" and "corporate culture", which are described from the view of several authors. The second chapter introduces the company GANT, its establishment, development and current activity in the field of fashion. Third chapter focuses on the corporate culture of GANT in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The chapter contains description of all aspects and features which have a significant impact on its corporate culture and development.
