The object of this thesis is the issue of corporate culture from both theoretical and practical points of view. I've chosen a company ČSOB and its corporate culture to demonstrate corporate culture system functioning in practice. The main aim of the theoretical part is to determinate main terms connected to this issue, than to describe corporate identity and image as well as main effects influencing and changing the corporate culture. The company ČSOB and its owner KBC are described in next part.
