Transatlantic economic relations

This bachelor thesis focuses on the economic relations between the United States of America and the European Union, not only on the trading, but also on the diplomatic relations. The thesis describes the development of the relations within the last century, euroatlantic trade with goods, services and FDI. The main goal of the thesis is to show the future of this partnership and introduce the free trade agreement that has been prepared by both sides. Another goal is to analyze the crucial role of the transatlantic area for the whole world and its global issues. The final part analyzes the biggest disputes between USA and the EU.Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ekonomické vztahy mezi Spojenými státy americkými a Evropskou unií. Nejen na vztahy obchodní, ale i diplomatické. V práci je popsán vývoj ekonomických vztahů během minulého století, euroatlantický obchod se zbožím a službami a PZI. Cílem práce je nastínit budoucí vývoj vztahů a představit dohodu o volném obchodu, kterou obě strany připravují. Dalším cílem je ukázat klíčovou roli transatlantické oblasti pro celý svět a jeho globální problémy. V poslední řadě jsou v práci popsány největší obchodní spory mezi EU a USA
