The following BA thesis deals with employees' motivation, its main focus being the inner motivation of the workers, their needs and motivation profiles in general. The work consists of a theoretical account of the said problematic reaching from explaining the basic terminology and sketching out the selected motivation theories to the concept of the worker in a certain company. This is followed by the practical part where the selected manufacturing company as well as the results of the carried out analysis are presented.
