The Bachelor paper deals with consumer behaviour in regard to food, especially chocolate and wine. The first part focuses on the theory of consumer behaviour. In the theoretical part, I am dealing with the term of consumer behaviour, factors influencing consumer behaviour, buyer decision making process and its types, primary attitudes of consumer buying behaviour, situational influences, market segmentation and difference between user and buyer.
