Motivation system of retail company as the tool of building staff loyalty

This thesis deals with motivation and building staff loyalty. The paper is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the importance of a loyal employee and explains the process of building staff loyalty with focus on motivation and motivation theories. The practical part analyzes the concept of motivation and building staff loyalty in the company Tesco Stores ČR a.s..Bakalářká práce se zabývá procesem motivace a budováním loajality zaměstnance. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část pojednává o významu loajálního zaměstnance a procesu budování loajality. Dále se teoretická část zabývá motivací a motivačními teoriemi. Praktická část předkládá konkrétní příklad procesu motivace a buduování loajality ve společnosti Tesco Stores ČR a.s.
