In this project thesis, we investigated the possibility of connecting the nitrate sensor newly developed with wireless communication technologies, which has several forms. The first thing we did in this research was to integrate the sensors with semiconductor and then we set up the environment for the information transmission to activate and test the sensors. The ultimate aim is to achieve the communication between cell phones integrated with this sensor. The purpose of this research is to add a gadget for the android phone. The approach to solve the problem involves several steps. The hardware design and development, the programming are in C code.
