PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI, KECERDASAN ADVERSITAS, MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR

This study aimed to determine the effect of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 154 students and the sample was 108 students which were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of self efficacy on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of adversity quotient to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of study to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas , dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 154 siswa dan sampel 108 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas, motivasi, hasil belaja
