El boom de la calidad en las empresas españolas

In this article we analyze the impact of the implementation on Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Spanish industry. In order to do it, we study the implementation of the famous standard ISO 9000 and the EFQM model in Spain compared with its impact in the rest of the UE-25.
