Парадигмы науки управления персоналом: становление и направления развития

In this article the genesis of scientific thought in personnel management sphere, the basic concepts and approaches are examined. Pre-conditions of allocation of personnel management as an independent direction of management are concretized. A comparative estimation of classical and modern approaches to personnel management is conducted. The author makes a conclusion about the degree of theoretical studying of the basic approaches and their practical importance. The critical estimation is given to the basic concepts of personnel management. Characteristics of new models of personnel management and the requirements to the personnel of the organizations of a new type are defined. The basic problems facing the science and practice of personnel management at the present stage come to light. = Рассматривается генезис научной мысли в сфере управления персоналом, основные концепции и подходы. Конкретизируются предпосылки выделения управления персоналом в самостоятельное направление менеджмента. Проводится сравнительная оценка классического и современного подходов к управлению персоналом. Делается вывод о степени теоретической проработанности основных подходов и их практической значимости. Дается критическая оценка основным концепциям менеджмента персонала. Определяются характеристики новых моделей управления персоналом и требования, предъявляемые к персоналу организаций нового типа.
