One of the phenomenon related to psychosocial risks, which has aroused more interest is workplace harassment/mobbing. Past research has focused on understanding the characteristics of this phenomenon, the consequences for the victim and what interventions are needed. With this project, it points out the importance of creating plans not only for the victim but also for harassers and the organization and the resulting benefits.
