The study aims to analyze and explore the factors that affect job satisfaction among nurses working in Emergency Departments. An online questionnaire was implemented to examine the factors that most influence overall job satisfaction among nurses in the Emergency Department. The survey contained items on job characteristics, as well as basic socio-demographics. Based on the results from the quantitative study, nurses working in the Emergency Department have a low overall job satisfaction score, with an average of 2.65 in a scale of 5-point Likert scale.
