The purpose of this thesis is to gain a greater understanding of how “nätvandrare” and “chat supporters” experience the problem of cyberbullying based on a norm perspective. We are using these two groups as temperature sensors. We are studying young people from “Nätvandrare” and “chatsupporters” point of view. Cyberbullying is a subject that is constantly growing in line with digitalization. In this thesis we will discuss how the norms and laws work together, and sometimes does not work.
