Luck as value: Russia versus China

This paper analyzes the system of value orientations of the representatives of the Russian and Chinese cultures through the prism of cultural linguistics. The authors are conducting a study of the value component of a linguocultural concept «luck» in order to identify similarities and differences in the understanding and assessment of «good luck» in compared cultures.В данной статье проводится анализ системы ценностных ориентаций представителей русской и китайской культур через призму лингвокультурологии.
