This study is aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, and work stress whether it is partially and simultaneously that affect the performance of the spinning unit 2 employees of Dan Liris Company in Sukoharjo. The type of this research is quantitative study, the data used are primary data in the form of answers to questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and secondary data in the form of data owned by an agency. The process of collecting data uses the questionnaire method. The analysis prerequisite testing uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, while the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis.
