Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Surakarta

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Emotional Intelligence on the performance of Surakarta KPPN employees. To analyze the effect of Job Stress on the performance of Surakarta KPPN employees. To analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on the performance of Surakarta KPPN employees. The population of this study is all workers who work in the Surakarta State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), amounting to 50 people. The sample in this study were all employees at the Surakarta State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), which numbered 50 people. Based on the analysis and discussion the results of emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on performance. Based on the test results it is known together that the variables of emotional intelligence (X1) and work stress (X2) have a significant effect on performance. The results of the analysis obtained adjusted Rsquare (R2) of 0.131, meaning that variations in changes in performance variables can be explained by the variables of emotional intelligence (X1) and work stress (X2) of 13.1%. While the remaining 87.9% is explained by other variables outside the model. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Job Stress and Employee Performanc
