In a case study, where 21 patient has been enrolled to have their medical history analysed the following measures were considered: age, gender, castration, diabetes diagnosis date, diagnostic procedures, treatment and length of the treatment, the efficiency of the treatment, treatment implementation changes, monitoring procedures, blood glucose level changes, prevalence of the symptoms and complications. The patients were segregated into the following groups: age, breed, gender, weight, castration, symptoms, the change in laboratory findings, blood glucose level.
