There is an introduction of new limitation that no body can be sped up to the mass more than the mass of collapsar, in addition to the limitation by the speed of light. On the basis of this restriction, one can obtain new formulae for the relativity theory and extension of the classical equations for mass, length and time. The charge relativity is indicated. The formulae for charge and gravitation are extended. The article concerns the continuation of the relativity theory on the basis of the ether theory, where the discrete element of superfluid ether is a strong wave, the elementary particles are flat swirls, the gravity is represented as a changing density of the strong wave, created by the flat swirls. The charge is a stretched by the swirl sinusoid tail, not spiraled and created by the dipole shift of the strong wave. Particle energy is represented as conversion of progressive energy of the wave into the rotational energy of the swirl.
