Background Menarche is the first menstruation that usually happen in the age range of 11-14 years. The occurance of menarche can cause anxiety and fear for adolescent girl. Family function is a role to provide information and education for children about reproductive health. In this study the assessment tools of APGAR Family which are Adaptation, Partnership, Growth, Affection, Resolve Purpose : To Assess the relationship of Family Function to the readiness of menarche in 5th-6th grade adolescent girl of Dinoyo.1 Elementary School Method : This is an Analytic Observational Study with a cross sectional approach.
