Using development of measure mechanism at determination graphly relation of force deformation at biological materials

Diğer materyaller gibi elma, nohut ve mısırda hasat ve hasat sonrasında oluşabilecek farklı tip zedelenmelere hassas materyallerdir. Bu çalışmada, biyolojik materyalin kırılma kuvveti ve kırılma noktasındaki deformasyonu gibi neme bağlı mekanik özellikleri ölçülmüştür. Kuvvet-deformasyon eğrileri biyolojik materyal test cihazı kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Elma için kırılma noktasındaki maksimum deformasyon 3.43 mm ve gereksinim duyulan kuvvet 534.11 N, nohut için kırılma noktasındaki maksimum deformasyon 0.23 mm ve gereksinim duyulan kuvvet 492.92 N ve mısır için kırılma noktasındaki maksimum deformasyon 1.87 mm ve gereksinim duyulan kuvvet 413. 16 N olarak bulunmuştur.Apple, chick pea and maize, like other biological materials, are susceptible to different kinds of damage at and after harvest. In this study, the moisture dependent mechanical properties of biological materials were measured rupture force and deformation at rupture point. Force- deformation curves were determined by using biological material test device. The maximum deformation at rupture 3.43 mm for apple, 0.23 mm for chick pea and 1.87 mm for maize and force required 534. 1 1 N for apple, 492.92 N for chick pea and 413.16 N for maize were found
