Barrier Free: A Socially Engaged Art Installation uses the power of art to reverse the controversial idea of the U.S-Mexico border proposal. The traveling installation advocates for; and celebrates unity, diversity, and inclusion. It provides opportunity to reflect on the challenges of human-made and systemic barriers that divide us, from immigration laws to mass incarceration. The interactive piece, along with its programmatic elements, is a call to action to build a society that embraces the contributions of a diverse world.
