Since its incorporation, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants has received a steady accession of desirable members to its ranks, and is constantly growing in numbers and influence. The application of any person desirous of becoming a member must be approved in writing by a majority of the committee on admissions, and such person may then be admitted by a majority vote of the Board of Directors at any meeting
