Scrum is an agile framework which originates in the early 90’s by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland. They meant that Scrum can be implemented directly in any project and workflow. But as Scrum is implemented in different organizations, Scrum is changed, or by leaving parts of Scrum out or by combining Scrum with another agile method.This study will address how teams in three different organizations have followed Scrum. In the case of changes in Scrum, these changes will be described as well as what cause these changes.
