URGENSI PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK SEBAGAI PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA

This research is intended to find out and analyze the urgency of legal protection for children as criminal offender. There are formulation of problems related to this research as: 1) What is the urgency of legal protection for children as criminal offender, 2) How is the implications of legal protection for children as criminal offender in the juvenile justice system. To achieve these objectives, the study was conducted using a juridical-normative approach with the analysis method, namely content analysis. The research will discuss about the factors that cause why the children as criminal offender must be given special legal protection against children as criminal offender in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia
