12-09-2010 Inaugural Events Held for SWOSU President Randy Beutler 2/2

Beutler receives the traditional university mace and medallion during an impressive inaugural ceremony that attracted over 800 people and was headlined by Oklahoma Lt. Governor Jari Askins.
