The probability of successful tests in microdroplet tests is relatively low because of its high fiber failure rate caused by oversize embedded fiber length. Meanwhile, the scattering of the IFSS calculated by the maximum pull-out force is always high due to sensitive to the microscopic geometrical and experimental parameters. Hence, a set of suitable microscopic parameters are essencial but always determined by trial and error. In this paper, a virtual testing method on microdroplet test is introduced to simulate the test process and determine the appropriate test parameters, so as to increase the success rate and efficiency for actual test. Accurate response-displacement curve and IFSS are obtained and compared with those from actual test....
