EFEKTIVITAS TERAPI MUROTTAL AL-QURAN DAN TERAPI RENDAM KAKI AIR HANGAT TERHADAP PERUBAHAN TEKANAN DARAH DI PUSKESMAS KOTA MALANG

Hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the most commom disease in developing countries like Indonesia. High blood pressure is defined as a blood pressure that exceeds 140/90 mmHg. Non pharmacological treatment in hypertension patients is still rarely used including murottal al-qur’an and warm water feet soaking therapy. To find out the benefits of murottal al-qur’an therapy and warm water feet soaking therapy for changes in blood pressure. The design in this study used pre-experimental design with one-gruop pre-post test design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The number of research samples were 30 respondents and the data analysis of this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there were changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after being given murottal al-qur’an and warm water feet soaking therapy. The average systolic blood pressure before therapy murottal al-qur’an and warm water feet soaking therapy is 150 mmHg and after therapy systolic blood pressure decreased to 131,33 mmHg. While the average diastolic blood pressure before therapy murottal al-qur’an and warm water feet soaking therapy is 92,33 mmHg and after therapy decreased the diastolic blood pressure to 79 mmHg. Wilcoxon test results in this study systolic blood pressure p value (0.000 < 0,05) and diastolic blood pressure p value (0,000 < 0,05).
