Abstract This study aim to finding the empirical proof about the role of accountability in order to moderating the impact of employee work effectivity on organizational performance. Besides that, also the role of employee work effectivity in order to mediating the impact of organizational culture on performance in Education and Culture Institution of Kuningan Regency.
