Nurse Graduation Class of 1945

A nurse graduation photograph of the class of 1945 or 1943 (both dates appear on the photograph). The eight nurses are standing in a semi-circle in front of a structure with a covered porch. The ground is covered in a light layer of packed snow; however, the cement walkway is not impeded with snow but is wet. The four center nurses are standing on the bottom wooden step of the porch. The graduates are dressed in full nurse uniform minus the nurse's cap. Their shoes and hosiery appear to be the same light shade of color as their uniforms.This photograph is in good condition. The only blemishes it carries are remnants of tape at the top and bottom right hand sides. There is, written in purple ink, "Class of " '45." The edges are rigidly cut instead of the conventional straight edge on most photographs. There are slight creases and indents from age and wear. On the back is a black stamp which reads, "B32." The names of the nurse's are listed in pencil as follows: "Suzy Sakato, June Crawley, Cleona Longstroth, Nina Jean Core, Dorothy Carbis, June Lintz, Virginia Asay, Shirley Judd." There is a discrepancy in the date of the photograph. Written on the front was, "Class of '45", yet on the back is written in pencil, "2/5/1943." It is unknown which date is correct
