He served in both the Uintah Stake and the Ashley Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was involved in the Lions Club and the Junior Chamber of Commerce. He was born in 1908 to Charles and Mary Fox. He married Alice Markey. He died May 12, 1984
