The relation between house dust allergens and specific IgE

Ev tozu allerjenleri atopik hastalıkların patogenezinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Çalışmamızda, ev tozunda yer alan temel allerjen kaynakları ve spesifik IgE antikor pozitiflikleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Miks ev tozu (hx2) alerji panelleri ile pozitif bulunan 40 gönüllünün, serum örneklerinde spesifik IgE çalışmaları sonucunda, 11’inde (%27.5) d1 (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus), 7’sinde (%17.5) d2 (Dermatophagoides farinae) ve 5’inde de (%12.5) i6 (Blatella germanica) pozitiflikleri saptanmıştır. Evlerinden alınan toz örneklerinde ise major allerjen kaynağı olarak bildirilen akar türlerinden D. pteronyssinus 11 (%27.5) oranında bulunurken D. farinae saptanamamıştır. Diğer akar türlerinin dağılımı ise %10 (4) Charoglyphus accuatus ve %5.0(2) Histiosma spp. şeklinde izlenmiştir.House dust allergens have been shown to play an important role in the pathogenesis of atopic diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between house dust allergen sources and serum specific IgE antibody levels. Forty volunteers who had positive mixed house mite allergy panel were undergone serum specific IgE studies and 27.5% (11) d1 (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus), %17.5 (7) d2 (Dermatophagoides farinae), %12.5 (5) i6 (Blatella germanica) positivity were detected. Dust specimens studied from houses of volunteers enrolled into study reveal D. pteronyssinus %27.5 (11) as the major house mite species. Whereas D. farinae was not detect in any house.
