Aim of the work: To find out the frequency of sensitization to indoor allergens and their components in a group of patients from Lithuania who are suspected to have allergic diseases. Objectives: To evaluate the prevalence of specific IgE (sIgE) to indoor allergens and their specific components. To investigate the frequency and the distribution of monosensitization, polysensitization, sIgE cross-reactivity reactions to allergen components. The results should present information about strengths of sensitization for indoor allergens including sensitization classes.
