Peran Polri terhadap Pengendalian dan Pengawasan Peredaran Minuman Keras Guna Mewujudkan Kamtibmas (Studi Atas Implementasi PERDA Kabupaten Sukoharjo No. 7 Tahun 2012)

Research with the title "The Role of the National Police Against Control and Supervision of Liquor Distribution to Realize Kamtibmas (Study of the Implementation of Sukoharjo District Regulation No. 7 of 2012)" uses a research method with an empirical juridical approach. The purpose of this study is; a) to find out the role of the National Police in the implementation of Sukoharjo District Regulation No. 7 of 2012 in order to realize public security and order and; b) to find out the factors that have become obstacles to the National Police in controlling and controlling the distribution of liquor in order to realize the security and order of the people in Sukoharjo Regency. The results obtained are the steps taken by the Sukoharjo District Police regarding alcoholic parties which are rife in their development, the better here because the police, through the enterprising Sabara unit, are always operating nightly at any place suspected of being used for conducting alcohol parties. Efforts to enforce local regulations and efforts to create peace and public order are constrained by problems of coordination between related agencies that have not been established and take place optimally. The low level of education, weak access of citizens to significant sources of information, limited economic conditions, weak understanding and interpretation of existing regulations, the emergence of certain political interests, elements of habits or cultural values that develop in the community are some of the many factors that can contribute to the effectiveness of the law enforcement that is done
