International audienceCryptosystems require a very good and secure source ofrandomness for their security. Such a source is extremely difficultto obtain in practice. Hence, developing a secure pseudo-randomnumber generator reveals necessary. In this paper, we propose anew pseudo chaotic number generator. The proposed structureintegrates three discrete chaotic maps: PWLCM, Skewtent andLogistic, which are weakly coupled and implemented with finiteprecision N=32 bits. It also includes a chaotic multiplexingtechnique.
