Importance of Marketing in Hotel Industry-Marketing Tools in use

In this current context, Hotel is a fast-growing industry, and lots of people are getting job opportunities and growing the national GDP in high ratio. In a hotel, people come for a short interval of stay, and they want a very comfortable stay, so they want a better and pleasant stay. Marketing is essential in every context and in hotel industry marketing places a very vital role. The main purpose of my thesis is to represent the importance of marketing through the hotel industry, how marketing plays a vital role in the hotel industry to grow their company in nationally and internationally, communication way of marketing, marketing strategies in the hotel industry. Also, what kind of challenges they are facing in the hotel industry due to lack of marketing strategy. These things which I mentioned above will help the hotel industry to understand deeply, how to grow their business through the marketing and make take their business to the new level. The main aim of this thesis is to show the importance of marketing in the hotel industry, which makes the hotel industry to take marketing as their most important tool to promote their hotel, services, and so on.
