VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER: TRATAMENTO LEGISLATIVO E JURISPRUDENCIAL

The theme of article is violence against women: legislative and jurisprudential tratment. The follwing problem was investigated: "state effciency and women"™s fear of reporting". The follwing hypothesis was considered "if placing the crime of femininity in the listo f heinous would change something". The overall goal is to "show how much women suffer from state ineffciency". Specific objectives are: "forms od violence against women". " State effciency". This work is imporatant from na indicidual persoective because of the importance of protecting women in society, for Science it is relevant for show how violence against women is being treated in current case law and legislation; it adds to society because it is na interesting topic in general in society, but especially for women. This is a theoretical qualitative reserach lasting siz months.O tema deste artigo é violência contra a mulher: tratamento legislativo e jurisprudencial. Investigou-se o seguinte problema: "eficiência do estado e o medo das mulheres de denunciarem". Cogitou-se a seguinte hipótese "se colocar o crime de feminicio no rol de hediondos mudaria algo". O objetivo geral é "mostrar o quanto as mulheres sofrem a falta de eficiência do estado". Os objetivos especí­ficos são: "formas de violência contra a mulher"; "principais crimes de violência contra a mulher"; "eficiência do estado". Este trabalho é importante em uma perspectiva individual devido a importância da proteção das mulheres na sociedade, para a ciência, é relevante por mostrar como a violência contra a mulher está sendo tratado na jurisprudência e nas legislações atuais; agrega í sociedade pelo fato de ser um tema interessante de maneira geral na sociedade, mas principalmente para as mulheres. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa teórica com duração de seis meses. &nbsp
