Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan harga daging sapi,sistematis penyaluran daging sapi, sistem tataniaga efisiensi pemasaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan diKabupaten Karo di 4 Kecamatan (TigaNderket, Tigapanah, Kabanjahe dan Berastagi) mulai bulan April sampaiMei 2014. Sampel diperoleh dengan metode accidental sampling dan diperoleh 10 orang peternak, 12 pedagangpengumpul, 17 pedagang pasar dan 1 rumah potong hewan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakananalisis regresi linier berganda.
