Biodegradable membranes for guided bone regeneration, made of polycaprolactone, obtained by electrospinning, incorporated with different nanocomposite ratios of cellulose nanocrystals and Biosilicate®, have been manufactured, with improved mechanical and osteogenic properties. As fast vascularization strategy, a suturable biomimetic graft obtained by fusion of electrospun membranes was fabricated, with porous patterns obtained by laser micromachining to allow migration of endothelial cells to the bone graft. The porous patterns created on the suturable grafts allowed the endothelial cells to migrate to the 3D culture of the osteoblasts in gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA), and 3D structures were observed.
