Our major purpose here was investigate different metabolic and physiological responses to different intensities during intermittent and continuous exercise. Eight male subjects, average age 22.1 ± 3 years old, weight 70.4 ± 5 kg and height 179 ± 11 cm volunteered to participate in the study. After anaerobic threshold (AT) test toward the aerobic capacity, the subjects reported to the laboratory on six occasions.
