A The recent brazilian dictatorship and the historical truth: The movements of transitional justice and the representation's systems amid the subjectivation proccess of the contemporary age

Adopting as structural axis the contemporary political philosophy and political disputes for memory,truth and justice about the recent Brazilian dictatorship, we propose to think the actions of the currentdemocracy amid the authoritarian legacy and the present processes of subjectivity. We began discoursingabout transitional justice concept. Throughout our argumentation, without disregarding the resistantactions to set and the ways of acting of the community, but yet focusing on the state apparatus, weintend to demonstrate that their legal and institutional representation systems are part of governmentalmobile technology power over the contemporary ideas. Those ideas have been modeled, at least in part,by the subjectivity of multiple social human identities, their ways of being and acting. We think theBrazilian Commissions of the Truth as significant that, while not releasing us from the shackles ofrepresentation, reverberate in current subjective processes, bringing the possibility to alter the currentdomination mechanisms, among which is located the representative democracy.Adotando como eixo estrutural a filosofia política contemporânea e as disputas políticas por memória, verdade e justiça acerca da recente ditadura brasileira, propomo-nos pensar as ações da atual democracia em meio ao legado autoritário e aos processos de subjetivação do presente.  Iniciamos discorrendo acerca do conceito de justiça de transição.  No decorrer da argumentação, sem desconsiderar as ações de resistência ao instituído e os modos de agir da coletividade, mas com foco no aparelho de Estado, pretendemos demonstrar que seus sistemas de representação jurídico-institucionais fazem parte de tecnologias governamentais móveis de poder do contemporâneo e têm modelado, ao menos em parte, a subjetividade dos múltiplos sujeitos sociais, seus modos de ser e agir. Pensamos as Comissões da Verdade brasileiras como significantes que, embora não nos libertem das amarras da representação, reverberam nos atuais processos de subjetivação, trazendo a possibilidade de alterarmos os mecanismos de dominação da atualidade, dentre os quais se situa a democracia representativa.   &nbsp
