The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Help-seeking Skills among Junior High School Students for Teachers. Three Help-Seeking Skills (Emotional Expressivity, Social Relationship, Rational Transmission) were related to Four factors of School Life Adjustments (Relationship between Friends, Relationship between Teachers, Learning, Club Activities). Became clear that Students with High score on all Help-seeking Skills also scored significantly high in School Life Adjustment than Students with Low score, and the difference in sex and grades were shown on the influence of Help-seeking skills to School Life Adjustments.
