The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational commitment dan leadership towards job performance among Royal Malaysian Customs, Melaka officers. This study involves 250 respondents from custom officers, Royal Malaysian Customs, Melaka. The study also aims to determining whether organizational commitment dimensions which are affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, and leadership dimensions which are structure leadership, human resource leadership, politics leadership and symbolic leadership predict the variance in job performance.
