Comportamiento del crecimiento de pollitas procedentes de la incubación de huevos no aptos (deformes y pequeños) de reproductoras ligeras

The research was carried out in a start-up and growth facility of the Poultry Company of Camagüey, Cuba. The birth weight of chicks from deformed (37.37 g) and suitable (32.37 g) eggs does not differ from each other, although they differ (P≤0.05) from chicks from small eggs (30, 94 g). Weeks 1; 3 and 6 do not show differences between the weight of the chicks from the three types of eggs incubated, while in weeks 2; 4; 5; 7 and 8 there were significant differences (P≤0.05) in the body weight of the chicks of the suitable eggs (they are the lowest body weights) with respect to the birds from deformed or suitable eggs, which do not differ from each other. In week 8 the chicks from the incubation of small eggs weighed 3 102.07g, those corresponding to the incubation of the deformed and suitable eggs had body weights of 332.56 and 335.51g, respectively. The regression equation for deformed eggs was: r2 = 0.97; y = 37.54 * x +9.84; for the little ones: r2 = 0.96; y = 36.34 * x +0.04 and for the fit: r2 = 0.92; y = 33.89 * x +17.47. The behavior of the chicks from week 16 indicates that there are no differences in body weight for any of the three types of chicks, and where the regression equations for the deformed were: r2 = 0.92; y = 33.89 * x +17.47; for the little ones: r2 = 0.96; y = 57.33 x -144.8 y for the fit: r2 = 0.97; y = 57.3 x -130.6.La  investigación  se realizó  en  una  instalación  de  inicio  y  crecimiento  de  la Empresa  Avícola  de   Camagüey,  Cuba.  El  peso  al  nacer  de   los  pollitos procedentes de  huevos deformes  (37,37  g) y aptos (32,37  g) no difieren  entre sí,   aunque  difieren  (P≤0,05)    de   las  pollitas  procedentes  de   los  huevos pequeños (30,94  g).  Las  semanas 1;  3  y 6  no  muestran diferencias  entre  el peso  de   las  pollitas  procedentes  de   los  tres  tipos  de   huevos  incubados, mientras  que   en   las  semanas  2;  4;  5;  7  y  8  se  presentaron diferencias significativas (P≤0,05)  en  el peso corporal de  las pollitas de  los huevos aptos (son  los menores pesos corporales) con  respecto de  las aves procedentes de huevos deformes o aptos, que  no difieren entre  sí. En la semana 8 las pollitas procedentes de  la  incubación  de  huevos pequeños  pesaron  3 102,07g,  las correspondientes  a  la  incubación  de  los  huevos deformes  y  aptos tuvieron pesos corporales  de  332,56  y  335,51  g,  respectivamente.  La  ecuación  de regresión para  los huevos deformes fue: r2 = 0,97; y = 37,54* x +9.84 ; para  los pequeños: r2 = 0,96;  y = 36,34* x +0,04  y para  los aptos : r2 = 0,92;  y = 33,89* x +17,47.  El comportamiento de las pollitas a partir de la semana 16 indica que no existen diferencias en cuanto al peso corporal para  ninguno de los tres tipos de  pollitas,  y donde las  ecuaciones de  regresión para  los  deformes  fue:  r2 =0,92;  y = 33,89* x +17,47;  para  los pequeños: r2 = 0,96;  y = 57,33  x -144,8  y para  los aptos: r2 = 0,97; y = 57,3 x -130,6
