The results of the study show that the form and content of the Leasing agreement with the Fiduciary Guarantee at PT BCA Finance Surakarta are in accordance with the definition of leasing according to Minister of Finance Decree No. 1169 / KMK.01 / 1991 dated November 21, 1991 concerning Business Leasing Activities.
