Tinjauan Yuridis Perjanjian Kredit Modal Kerja dengan Jaminan Bukti Kepemilikan Kendaraan Bermotor (BPKB) Pada KSU Mitra Sejati Cabang Jambangan Kabupaten Karanganyar

This study aims to determine the implementation of the working capital loan agreement with the guarantee of Motor Vehicle Ownership Proof (BPKB) and settlement efforts if the debtor defaults on the implementation of working capital loan agreement with the guarantee of Motor Vehicle Ownership (BPKB) at KSU Mitra Sejati, Karanganyar Regency. The research method using a doctrinal or normative approach is descriptive. Data sources consist of primary data, namely interviews, and secondary data, namely primary legal material and secondary legal material. Methods of collecting data through library studies and interviews, then the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. In the implementation of the working capital credit agreement with a guarantee of Motor Vehicle Ownership Proof (BPKB) at the True KSU Mitra Jambangan Branch Karanganyar Regency with fiduciary collateral, but in this fiduciary guarantee the fiduciary deed is not made in the notary and is not registered so carried out by an underhand agreement which in the agreement contains articles that have been determined by the KSU Mitra Sejahtera Jambangan Branch then it is not made by a notary deed and there is no legalization by the notary. Settlement efforts if the debtor who conducts defaults is carried out in a family manner by negotiating, but does not rule out the possibility that it can be done with efforts agreed upon in the two parties' credit agreement.
