The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, work discipline, and communication on employee performance in bank BRI Boyolali. This study uses the total sampling method, in the bank BRI Boyolali with a population of 40 employees and a sample of 40 employees. This study uses multiple linear regression test with the analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, the estimation model test predictor, and hypothesis testing (t test).
